Wraps and twist tricks are a lot easier then with fire poi, due to the stretchy spandex construction. You will need to add a tennis ball into each for weight (Coles sell 3-packs of tennis balls for $2, or you can substitute any similar weighted object, these are not included as it will increase shipping size, and hence postage would cost around $6). There is a slit on the side in the middle to allow you to insert your weight.
