Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.

Product Availability
Although the Whoopsie Daisie Circus Store is updated each working day (Monday- Friday) to only display products that are in stock there may be times where stock is sold during the update process. If this does occur you will be contacted by Whoopsie Daisie and given the option to either wait for new stock to arrive, or to cancel your sale and be given an instant refund.

Currency Selection
The base currency for all product is AUS (Australian dollars) and all other currencies are calculated from this base value.

Once the order has been placed

An email is sent to you with the order details with any payment instructions if required. We reserve the right to not supply goods for any reason and return payment. We will make every effort to ship the goods once payment has been received within the following working day. On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised. Once payment confirmed and goods shipped you will receive another email from us including any tracking details if applicable.

Your cancellation rights

To cancel an order email our support team on support@whoopsiedaisie.com.au with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, we will refund you the purchase price. If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within thirty days of delivery. We will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product.

If the parcel goes missing
All items shipped by us come with free shipping insurance. If your item has not arrived in the stated time please contact our support team on support@whoopsiedaisie.com.au so we may investigate the order status.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
Whoopsie Daisie Circus Store strives for 100% satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not happy with your item please return it to us within 30 days of your purchased date and we will refund you the cost of the goods; excluding the postage.

If any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit
You must first contact our support team on support@whoopsiedaisie.com.au In most cases return of the damaged product is not necessary. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this. We reserve the right to replace at our cost, or refund the cost of the damaged or faulty goods.
